Prayer Ministry
Standing in the gap, seeking God’s guidance, and fostering a culture of communion with Him.
Our Purpose & Mission
The Prayer Ministry of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Living Water Assembly for All Nations, supports the spiritual life of the church through prayer, intercession, and a commitment to seeking God’s guidance. Its members pray for the congregation, church leaders, families, and the wider community, encouraging believers to deepen their relationship with God and trust in His direction. Through dedicated prayer, the ministry seeks to strengthen faith, provide spiritual encouragement, and help foster a church culture centered on communion with God.
The ministry brings together people who share a desire to stand in prayer for others and support the church’s spiritual growth. Through prayer meetings, prayer chains, and retreats, members are encouraged to seek God sincerely and align their hearts with His will. The department also aims to offer comfort and encouragement to those experiencing challenges, interceding for healing, restoration, and spiritual renewal. By making prayer an active part of church life, the Prayer Ministry seeks to help believers face difficulties with faith, strengthen unity within the congregation, and draw the church community closer to God. Its purpose is to serve as a source of spiritual support for the church and those it reaches.
What We Do
Our ministry is dedicated to building a strong foundation of faith and intercession through:
- Corporate Prayer Meetings: Gathering weekly to pray for the church, our leaders, our families, and the wider Brockton community.
- Prayer Chains: Organizing continuous, coordinated prayer efforts for specific needs, emergencies, or church-wide initiatives.
- Intercession & Spiritual Support: Offering comfort, encouragement, and dedicated prayer for those experiencing challenges, seeking healing, restoration, or spiritual renewal.
- Retreats & Fasting: Participating in dedicated times of seeking God sincerely to align our hearts with His will.
- Fostering Unity: Helping believers face difficulties with faith and drawing the church community closer to God through shared spiritual support.
