RCCG Living Waters Assembly for All Nations

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of rccglwa.com (the “Site”), operated by the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Living Waters Assembly for All Nations (“the Church,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 251 Crescent Street, Brockton, MA 02302. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
The Site is provided to share information about the Church, including our ministries, sermons, events, statement of faith, and ways to get connected or give. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
2. Forms and Submitted Information
The Site includes forms such as “Plan Your Visit,” “Prayer Request,” and “Contact Us.” When you submit information through these forms, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. 3. Giving and Donations
Tithes, offerings, and donations made through the “Give Now” link are processed through Givelify, an independent third-party giving platform. The Church does not process or store your payment card information. All transactions are subject to Givelify’s own terms of service, and you should review those terms before giving. Donations are generally non-refundable except as required by law or at the Church’s sole discretion.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, sermon recordings and notes, images, graphics, logos, the RCCG name and marks, and the overall design of the Site — is owned by or licensed to the Church and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view, download, and share sermon content for personal, non-commercial, and devotional use, provided you do not alter it and you credit the Church as the source. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, or commercial use, requires our prior written permission.
5. Sermons and Media Content
Sermon recordings, notes, and other teaching materials are provided for spiritual edification and general informational purposes. They reflect the views of the individual speaker at the time delivered and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. See our Disclaimer for further detail.
6. User Conduct
When interacting with the Site or submitting information to us, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or connected systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the servers or networks used to make it available.
- Use the Site to transmit any virus, malware, or other harmful code.
- Use the Site for any unlawful, defamatory, or harassing purpose.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site links to third-party services, including Givelify and our social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter (X), YouTube, and Instagram. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and applicable United States federal law.
